Yes, you are able to add extra users, each with their own login details and passwords, and tailor their access according to their roles. Accounting staff could see only the reporting, whereas sales staff would access the virtual terminal to add new customers to the system, and your business partners could have as much access as yourself.

We now offer this service to all our new and existing customers, so you are able to match the right payment channel to your service or product. Our payment gateway ensures you can handle people paying online, by phone, in app, or face to face using chip & pin or contactless terminals, and you’ll be able to monitor and analyse all payments through our comprehensive omnichannel reporting suite.

If you have changed office address, email address, phone numbers, etc, then the person listed as the primary contact at your organisation should email us with the details of the changes. We can only accept emails of changes from the registered primary contact that we have on our system.
